The last remaining eight multi-panels of Chapter 18 has been unlocked for All Patrons. So this means:

Chapter 18 Posts are available to All Patrons.
Chapter 18 Gallery Page is unlocked for Erotic Access or higher. Gallery Pages are typically Erotic Access or higher.

Chapter 18: Locker Room Boys is a flashback chapter. It takes place about 4 years before Chapter 17: Quinn vs Amir and the events at Club Chain.
