Having Difficulty Accessing Your Benefits? (POLL)

It seems some Patrons are having difficulty accessing their benefits. I've introduced features on Marcuswrest.com to try to make the proccess easier. These include  search functions, live chat and help pages.  I've explained these in a recent post.  Some of these features have been around for a while but perhaps not everyone is aware of all of them yet.

What I forgot to mention at that post is that there is also a Monthly Summary where you can see which content has been uploaded for each tier for the current month. You can find monthly summary under the NEWS in the main menu. With the monthly summary you can check if I'm really delivering what I promised in terms of content. 

Hopefully these will make it easier to find content.

But if you have suggestions on how to make it easier to access benefits, please let me know via comments or private message. Your input is very important for me to be able to understand how you use my site and how I can make your experience better.

Please let me know secifically if:

• You are having trouble navigating the website.
• You need help on specific topics not covered in the help page. I'll make a help topic concerning your specific need.
• You want certain features on the website to make it easier to find content. 
• You discover that certain features are not working. Are the images linked to the full size versions? Is the search function working? Are links broken? etc.
• You have trouble logging in.

If you are still having difficulty with accessing content, we can try to find solutions together. One option is to be able to download the new images directly from Patreon. So that you don't have to go to marcuswrest.com if you don't want to. Though I do not recommend this option because you miss out on the viewing experience on the site. It also doubles my workload to post images twice. But if enough people want this, I can might make it happen.
