One time she hulk was apart of the fantastic four and she had full control as the sensational she hulk, heather hudson was a mutant for the X-men at one point but in other interpretations she was cursed by gamma rays as well.

Incidently, characters such as Hulk and She-Hulk are Mutates because their changes ae brought about by external influences, where as ones such as Wolverine and Jean Grey are Mutants because they were born with a gene that activates from within. Just sayin,
