Green screen test - Brown boots walks along cracking thin ice

I'm starting to experiment with using green screen to make my scenes a little more realistic. I've tried it on a few upcoming vids and TBH it's a a ballache. You have to get the lighting right, also there aren't many images on the internet that's suitable for use and doesn't look jarring compared with my surroundings. That's why I want to keep the green screens basic. Also, I use iMovie, which only supports 1 picture-in-picture setting at a time, soif I want to add a green screen and then add other effects on top of that (like cracks on the floor) I have to render it, import the video to my original project and re-edit it on top of that. It's annoying but also I don't want to download and pay for better video editing software ::)
