For some reason it kept defaulting to Japan. I was able to get it working though when I switched to Chinese

2018-08-27 04:49:48 +0000 UTCHmm. Still not working. Changed my system local as well as placing this patch with Data.xp3 and BHS.exe. Not sure why it isn't working as previous demos worked. Any more insight? Will try again tomorrow.
