One near the start of the loop, where everyone was inside his inner world, and one just before they entered the Shattered Blades Realm, where everyone was outside his inner world. No only is there not a refund for not using a point, he has to pay to delete it.

With all of the insanity that Fang is capable of (casual mastery of alchemy, formations, refning, and combat; large-scale teleportation into a seemingly endless void; blatant (and undetectable) theft of incredibly valuable artifacts from the Ancestor-led government; the average Sect member must view Fang as an inscrutable monster.
