How does it work?
Characters submitted will be selected at random with characters who receive more submissions getting a better chance of being chosen. Every eligible character submitted will get a chance but characters with more submissions are more likely to be chosen. See the example below where character 2 has 7 submissions while 1 and 3 have only 1.

投稿されたキャラクターはランダムで選ばれ、投稿数が多いキャラクターほど選ばれる確率が高くなります。応募されたすべてのキャラクターにはチャンスがありますが、応募数が多いキャラクターほど選ばれる可能性が高くなります。下の例をご覧ください。キャラクター2は7件の応募があり、1と3は1件しかありません。
