Here's hoping you're having a decent life & here is the latest update of Goblin Layer:

Highlights:

About the Cards:
You get them automatically after certain romantical (?) encounters with characters.
If you missed a card (for example: using an old save where you already finished a quest) you can buy them cheap from the Catgirl Trader (she's unlocked through a Frontier Conquest Quest).
You also get the relevant cards when using Chaper Select, or you can just get them all in the Cheat Room.
