A smaller update to start off the month, mainly focusing on polish and bugfixes!

Added 'risky' option for Gobelyne's repeated scenes, was missing previously
New render for the most recent new Barrel/GL/Demon scene in OCSE.
Added Ch6 to Chapter Select, useful e.g. if you wanna skip to Barrel's most recent quest, which takes place after ch6.
Fixed one cause for Hoblina's offspring counter not working as intended
Some minor debugging of events in the North, e.g. an npc blocking a path was fixed and stuff in that vein
Some bugfixes related to Anvil's companion quest
