Highlights:
New - Goblin Layer and Barrel struggles with the government (Talk to Barrel in the Hubtown Inn after finishing ch 6 - Northcrown)
Reworking the tileset priority + had to throw out my title menu set-up. Shouldn't affect gameplay, but will look a bit weird until I'm done fixing it.
