Payout method update.
Added 2022-02-07 02:58:25 +0000 UTCSo Paypal Thailand decided to postpone the launch in Thailand and makes it obsolete for using it as a payment method until they came up with a solution.
Now I'm switch the payout method to Payoneer. Patrons don't have to change anything and still continue the support.
