V-tuber requests

Only rule is that the V-tuber has to have expressed that they are okay with NSFW art of them or has a dedicated NSFW tag on Twitter. That puts pretty much every major agency V-tuber and a lot of independent on the list of possibilities.
If there are any specific V-tubers that you want to make the list, comment them below and we will make sure they make it on.
