Table Time (redux)
Added 2023-04-28 03:07:06 +0000 UTCThis is a redo of an image from back in 2019. I liked the idea of the original, but felt I could execute it better. I’m not sure I succeeded… I’ve been grinding on this image for a couple weeks now, coloring and recoloring, and I’ve decided to move on, at least for the moment. Enjoy the new incarnation, with the possibility that I may yet come back to it again.

I see what you mean. I think the lack of background in the previous version was part of the contrast. Maybe another reason is that the guy in the last one took up more of the picture, especially in the center
