Phoebe is the best. Favorite character since the beginning. But what makes the show, is their groupdynamic. They are all entertaining, funny and have their own different personalities, which makes them fit so well togheter.

She and her friend always encountered the ditzy waitress Ursula (played by Lisa Kudrow), so they carried that joke over to this series for a special episode. She does look a bit like Jodie Foster, though. I never realized that before.
