A short movie I did for a film festival (weird experience)

So this is a weird anecdote, around 2015 I think, there was this film festival in Spain sponsored by a famous Irish whiskey (or whisky, sorry Irish friends, don't remember which one is yours) so one of the categories was "Most watched video"

knowing the power of our favorite genre of videos I did this short movie called "Friends on Facebook are not real Friends" and of course I destroyed the category with thousands and thousands of views on YT

The day of the ceremony in Ireland they showed the winning short movies in a huge cinema screen on front of people involved in the filming industry in Europe, great short movies were shown of course and then my b-age video, because let's face it, that's what it is, but the video won and they had to show i

A Spanish film maker, friend of my friend, was there and told me they didn't like it a bit specially because they noticed the nature of the video. I won the award, they paid me the price money, but they retired not only this video from YT but also the "Most Viewed Short Movie" category!! So this yearly festival no longer awards the most viewed video, thanks to me

I felt bad for a while, but I always stick to their rules, otherwise they wouldn't have admitted my video (somebody saw it and approved it to participate) so it is not my fault

Anyways since they removed the video from YT it became hard to find and a little bit a "lost movie" but recently just found it in one of my old hard drives and here is for you to enjoy!
