The Uniform I wore while in Iraq and Afghanistan was Tan colored. It's a lighter material made for desert areas. Same as the flight suit instead of Green again it was Tan colored. Not that the lighter material helped much since it was over 100 in the shade over there on most days not to mention the vest did not help in getting rid of body heat :P .
