AHP25 Character Files #12: Cartognam

The new story is well underway on Royal Road! After the first month, we're close to 1/3 of the way through. Not quite there yet.
But here's a new character profile to accompany the progress.
This spoils one major surprise, so I recommend that you read this only after reading Chapter 9, "The King Without a Country", where this character is first introduced, or after the whole story's over, if you like to speculate.
If you're waiting for the whole run to finish before picking up the book, then WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE, CLOSE THE TAB, QUICKLY!
If you have no plans to read the story at all, then I guess you can just look at the pictures?
