2022 KYE Patreon Tier Updates!!

As the new year begins, we're revising our higher-end subscribers tiers ($25-50/mo) — mostly to make sure we can fulfill them and that you're getting your money's worth. We're also offering annual subscriptions at a discount rate (more on that below!). 

YAF tier ($5/month): No change. You’re still getting access to all the bonus episodes, and helping Sam avoid scurvy.

West Coast Straussian ($10/month): No change. You’re still getting bonus episodes + a Dissent digital subscription. Good for you!

John Birchers ($25/month): All lower tier benefits, of course. Plus: We’ve failed in our efforts to schedule these zoom calls around everyone’s schedules (Death to Doodle!). Instead we’re gonna follow the model of our friends at “5-4” and hold a single monthly zoom hang that any of you can join. We’ll make sure to give at least some notice when we schedule them.

Unreconstructed Monarchist ($50/month): For 50/mo, we had been offering the chance to get a drink with us if you happen to pass through NYC. Sadly, we’re eliminating this tier. This has been hard for us to fulfill, not only due to the pandemic, but because we can’t always be sure an anonymous patron isn’t, in fact, a disgruntled post-liberal hoping to kill or maim us. We do plan to do some in-person events for subscribers in the near, bright future. But for now, we’re encouraging anyone subscribed at this tier to resubscribe at a lower one. (Alternately, if you have a suggestion for what might make a $50 tier worthwhile for you, let us know.) 

One final thing: we’re enabling “annual subscriptions,” which will offer a 10% discount if you pledge for the entire year! If you're already subscribed, I believe you can re-subscribe for the annual fee.
