As I work on this book, I will have completed chapters that I'll post for you to read, not just for your amusement but also hoping that you can engage in a little proof-reading? Also, my intent is that anyone who is currently a Patron at the time of publishing will get a free copy, I mean that only makes sense, right? You are literally paying for the writing to get done, so the book is kind of yours from the get-go.
I don't quite know the right way to announce that (I mean, the wording of it) so I'm going to hold off on telling the public until the book is maybe half-finished. I want to do a kickstarter or something similar, and I figure anyone who either is a Patreon Patron or who backs the project as a Kicker will get an e-copy. btw, there won't be a printed version of this book, because it's going to be well over 2000 pages, yikes.
Attached is a rough-draft of the cover art (and working title) that I'm trying out. I love the picture (a painting by Leonid Pasternak), but I think the title needs to be adjusted. It's close, but not quite perfect.
