Somethings about Shylily model commission

You guys can just read the first paragraph if you guys don't want to read the whole post, that is the extreme simplified short version of this post

The model is not finished yet, and because of my dumb decision and miscommunication with the modeler, after i got the model, i still need a lot of time to edit the model

I got those screen shot at 24/9 from the modeler and i sent him the 50% front pay just like we negotiated. I know you guys might noticed something weird, like the small breast size, the tattoo doesn't look like her current live2d and she is stand on her tiptoes.

About the chest size and stand on tiptoes, this is the biggest mistake i made, i offer the body model same as Bae to the modeler, because i want my Shylily have the same body model and i let the modeler add the tattoo texture to the body model. And i ask him to model the outfit in normal body shape because somehow i forgot Shylily is always has big breast and i won't need a small breast Shylily. I am such a idiot.

And after i finish the Bae animation, i noticed the body model i apply to Bae is not very good to use, the bone system is simplified, weight paint has some problem i don't know how to fix, UV map is different to other mainstream body model, which mean they can't share texture easily, unless you spend a lot of time to edit the UV map. So after i got the model i will need spend a lot of time to do a head swap edit to her and transplant the tattoo texture to the new body and edit the outfit to fit the new body.About the tattoo shape and location, i did send the modeler a youtube video as a reference which also can see the tattoo shape and location of her new live2d, but somehow he made the belly area tattoo in to her old live2d's shape and location. I reminds him about that after he send me the screen shot, i hope he will fix it

And about her hair, actually i said clear to the modeler i want the long hair, and the modeler said he know what i need but somehow he make me the short hair, which make me kinda mad but i didn't speak it out ,consider short hair has more flexible choice in sex position and i don't want to spend extra time to wait him to make a new one, so i accepted the short hair.

I got no experience in asking a model commission before, i though modeling commission will include hair and outfit rigging, so i didn't ask anything about it, and in fact it doesn't include it. When the modeler tell me it doesn't include hair, tail and outfit rigging, i somehow start panic, and in this panic emotion i offer i high price to ask him make the rigging for me and i even accept his other high price offer to add 2 facial shapekey to the model. After i calm down i noticed how stupid i am, i can totally rig the outfit and hair by myself with Youtube tutorial.

Well, that is probably everything so far about the model commission progress, the model will be finish in a week i guess? But anyway, for those who might need to ask a 3d model commission in the future, this post might be a good negative example for you
