We talk about the "big cums" tweet, and how it shows a melancholy mendacity of conception for guys, but also how it reflects how little we talk about the concept of 'fatherhood' prior to childbirth. Also, why the Big Cums tweet needs to be in the second edition of Tom's book.
We also tackle the big question that has plagued our show since it's conception: What exactly is content?
To try figure this out, we look at two pieces Tom has written about the nature of content as a collective experience, where meaning becomes further and further abstracted as it is passed on - a process that, while far from new, is accelerated by social technologies, leading to weirder and stranger outcomes that we've come to know as "the discourse". We also talk about how this process has led many to ask whether Twitter is, in fact "real life", and whether at this stage, we should think of 'online' and 'irl' as separate entities.
