I would say I'll pray for you but... It's hard to get it back when it's been beaten out of you, or you're having an allergic reaction. For example, I was raised evangelical and I still have a lot of hangups about faith, my ancestors aside. On the other hand, I've come to fully believe that what we call spirituality is actually an experience of the collective consciousness and thus needs to be re-cultivated and recalibrated so that (in the Abrahamic realm) Sufism, Kabbalah and mystical Christianity defeat the forces of evil, like the institution of religion. A lot of African faiths seem to have it right.
