Ten Thousand Posts is a show about how everything is posting. It's hosted by Hussein (@HKesvani), Phoebe (@PRHRoy) and produced by Devon (@Devon_onEarth).
Comments
Hussein getting the names of podcasts *slightly* wrong is inordinately pleasing. Worst of All Worlds and Masters of Our Own Domain are great parallel universe podcasts.

Cynosure
2023-05-22 17:44:41 +0000 UTCI should also add: this sort of musical synaesthesia is the closest thing to an orgasm you’re allowed to have in most of these churches, so if you think this band’s music sounds very, very horny, you’re not wrong lol.

2023-05-21 21:41:11 +0000 UTCI grew up with “contemporary Christian music” in the mid-to-late 90s, and while it all feels like a fever dream now, this song is still a banger: https://youtu.be/zjKezlH2aW8 (Yes, the entire late 90s disco revival more generally feels like a fever dream, too.) To be clear, this band is good enough that their songs that are more openly Christian are all basically negging people who like their music but don’t like the whole “Jesus” thing. (Honestly this bile just under the surface is a big part of why I don’t mess with this shit anymore.) Oh, also, yes, this band is Australian, but, no, I don’t think they’re associated with Hillsong.

2023-05-21 21:35:30 +0000 UTCI heard Hillsong's general vibe described (possibly by Josh) as Evangelical music by Gen-Xers and I think that's the right way to describe it
