Hello everyone!

As you probably noticed, this year the capacity of our team of releasing content has greatly decreased. Transferring the game to a new engine takes us time and some effort, not to mention that our health condition was damaged.

The fact is that the Covid-19 we suffered in February of this year led us to some unpleasant consequences, which we have been coping with throughout this year. We have been visiting the doctors quite often undergoing various medical procedures from February to the present... Most likely, Covid exacerbated our long-standing health issues. Unfortunately, we haven’t recovered completely. Therefore, we have to go to the hospital for 10 days soon. And we hope that after those 10 days we will be gradually able to fully return to the development of the game as we had worked before the illness.


Now let me share some good news. :)

It’s time to show what we have done over the past month. As for the graphical aspect, Agnessa has already laid out some of the finished characters at the end of last month; she will also have finished other artworks by the end of this month. But we haven’t shared anything that is done in the game in technical terms, yet.

Therefore, before going to the hospital on October 7, we decided to record a video with the current developments in the game. I can’t show you everything, as much is still at the stage of sketches or layouts.

So, to begin with, I want to inform you that we have decided to increase the resolution of the game from 720p to 1080p. This will almost in no way affect the time spent on drawing arts, or new locations, as we have found a convenient method for working with graphics.

It was necessary to do because it will make the interface more understandable and convenient, and secondly, it will improve the perception of the game events and the combat system in the future.

As for the technical aspect, some things need to be done: the implementation of the system of saving the game and a couple of more complex functions, but, for the most part, the basic game functions are ready. As for the rest of the game, I started transferring all the visual content of the game last month.

Many interface elements and game functions have been reimagined. We have removed a lot of them as unnecessary. Much has been improved and simplified for greater convenience. 

When you develop your first game in your life, you want to add lots of things into it, but such desires lead to creating a bull in a china shop with a heaped interface instead of the storytelling and game content development.

Therefore, we are trying to fix it so that in the end, players can get a pleasant experience from the game.

So, in the coming days, we will release a post with a video of the game. And we will post the news and new arts and characters as soon as Agnessa and I return from the hospital and completes them.
