Which 4* Character should I do a bikini mod for next?

I mentioned at the start of the month I wanted to do a 4* character - and now's the time! A good 4* with Bikini to go alongside the four 5* Bikini characters I've already done (Ayaka, Shenhe, Yelan and HuTao).

Well, I'll replace the CN version of rosaria so that as many people can have access to her as possible... assuming I can. As for the religious issue... well, I think religious people will have problem with all of my mods, so it's not a problem specific to rosaria! hahahaha
