It was requested with '30% smaller breasts' and 'OG thighs' with a vision anal insertion - so hopefully this fulfills the requirements!
I took the vision off her back and stuffed it in a plausible and unique way into her anus... it might not be enjoyable for her, but it should be enjoyable to look at! :D
