The answer is "now", for everyone who's following the Special Offer ($15+ tier). Download the compressed folder below and simply play it. There's no installer, it's for Windows only (for now).
Just remember: lots of things aren't final, there's no music or final artworks, and a few bugs yet.

I can put the camera to start slower, increase the "speed up time" from 1 minute to 1 minute and half, or I can allow the player to go after the camera in a future update. There's lots of ideas that I still want to explore after the public beta. Tysm for the feedback!
