Should I create an alt account for hardcore content (Vore, GTS, Trample etc)?

But I'm still not convinced, since +70 people said to create an alternative account for only that content. My account is foot-focused, but I have created alt accounts before for no use.
I want to do hardcore content. I just don't want to scare actual watchers. XD
