Hey Patreons, another Ayaka, from the same Patron that requested the previous Ayaka :D
They wanted some adjustments and tweaks, and I obliged, then tweaked the details a bit more.
Kept her collar, made the boobs bigger and rounder, added the ribbons and bows back to the waist , added a string to connect the collar underneath (the back ribbon is still... glued on though)...
And of course, added the belly bulge to indicate that the insertion was massive :D

2023-12-09 14:48:09 +0000 UTCAh... the earlier version had it, but it doesn't make sense with the stomach bulge, so I made it opaque. Actually the claw that holds the orb mostly blocks the view anyway.
