Sanhua gets comfortable and strips off her pants and panties, leaving only her reduced size top on. Maybe she had to take a quick battlefield ablution and then was interrupted in the middle, meaning she had to quickly engage in battle without the benefits of being reasonably dressed! That's the head canon I'm going with while using this mod anyway! :P
