May's art request dealie, open to all Patrons!
Added 2019-05-20 18:04:24 +0000 UTCAs a monthly feature, I'll be opening the floor to all you fine Patrons and soliciting your ideas for a subject or character to tackle for a Patreon-exclusive piece of artwork. (Well, at least initially Patreon-exclusive, as I might someday post the theoretical illo elsewhere, down the road.) I did a preliminary version of this "bonus art" concept for April, back when I did not yet have any Patrons.
Wellp, time for May's art request solicitation!
So, in the comment section below, feel free to make a suggestion for a character or subject you'd like to see me address in a piece of artwork. (Hell, for that matter you could pick properties I've already worked on, such as Empowered, Dirty Pair, Gen 13, Titans: Scissors, Paper, Stone, etc.) I'll pick out one request at a whim, and get to working on it sometime before the end of the month. Might wind up being another two-color con sketch, or a digital illo, or a roughed-out comic page, or an Empowered-format one-pager, or something entirely different.
Only one character is off-limits, or would at least be redundant: That's Alita from Battle Angel Alita (or Gally from Gunmm, if you prefer), who was already selected last week for a separate sketch request from the big spenders in the $5 and $10 tiers. (Hence yesterday's art-app brush test.)
