Anyway, I always think that Asare actually has an incredibly tough time talking to his sister. It’s not that he doesn’t want to, it’s that she always looks scary and angry, even though she’s the only one in the house who acts like she cares and even protects him from her mother’s vitriol. He really does try but with the combination of him being unbelievably shy, scared of his new environment and often overwhelmed by how cold people were in the noble’s social circles, speaking had become very hard 🥺🥺

Well but it’s ok. Assorra doesn’t ever force him to talk or reply when she speaks to him, and she doesn’t get mad at him for not speaking sooner, or stammering when he does. It’s why he likes his sister so much ☺️💜💜💕💕
