In an exciting new(-ish) feature on this here Patreon, I'll periodically post con sketches of yore scanned from photocopies of the "vintage" commissions. The gallery set above ain't all that old, but in the future I'll post examples ranging back to the 90s.
This time around, I grabbed a few of the older con sketches lurking on my hard drive, but in the future I'll scan a large number that have not been seen online—or, at least, posted online by me. Scanning's a bit of a hassle right now, as my aging and squirrelly PC has decided it simply will not recognize scanner drivers any more; for the time being, I'm gonna have to boot up a truly ancient Windows XP laptop to do my raw Photoshop scans. Yikes!
A few words:

The animated GI Joe was after my time—really, just after my time, as I know a few slightly younger Gen Xers who were big fans—so this was my first time drawing the Baroness. In fact, I was familiar with a different and far more sexed-up Baroness from childhood, in a series of "sexy superspy" pulp novels I read as a wee lad in the mid-70s.

I'm reasonably sure the rather extreme art style on this Aeon Flux piece is a callback to the latter-day, increasingly avant-garde character designs of Ryūsuke Mita (Dragon Half).

Might've posted this Deunan/ Major Kusanagi piece here before, but can't remember.

Pretty sure this Roxy (from Gen13) piece is based on photoref of a Japanese model from some manga magazine's "bonus photos" section.
Next Monday on this here Patreon: Another double dose of life drawings, as usual.
