I was just thinking about my volatile son. The way he is in a constant cycle of living, getting his heart broke, then rampaging, then falling in love again and again. About how he doesn’t really love the people he claimed to love. He was just using them to assert some meaning to his life. Just desperation to matter masked in “love”. Because he’s done this so much, he’s convinced that he really does love those people. Never mind some of them having been silent and complicit in receiving his love because he is a fucking vampire that can easily kill you if you disagree with him lmao. Never mind the ones that couldn’t take it any more and attacked him due to an emotional breakdown of being “loved” by a literal vampire. And the fact that he killed those ones. Then mourned their deaths like something else had taken them from him.
