The Blacktober Ocs so far

Heyooooo! Ok so let me... introduce the characters I’ve drawn so far!! I will go thru this in order of the pictures so I’ll use numbers.

1.) Assorra Nishine. The daughter of the Duke if KwaNishine, and the character that our Mc wakes up in. She is the villain in the novel called “Flowers for Ayana”, which is a typical run of the mill romance between the prince and the beautiful but not noble female lead (who I haven’t drawn yet :() Assorra now has to find a way to navigate the world of the novel without getting the powerful people all around her pissed off enough to kill her off like in the novel lol. But also she doesn’t like to work hard and enjoys chilling so this whole situation is really very bothersome.

2.) the royal brothers, Segun Nyareth and Sumner Kwan-Nireth. Segun is the overachieving crown prince that is super impressive and basically perfect. He is the male lead of the novel and the one the female lead ends up with. He is also unfortunately engaged to Assorra and is just not fond of her at all. Sumner is his half-brother, who he views as a useless member of the royal family, but Sumner has his own circumstances that he has to deal with and reasons why he can’t do much. Sumner enjoys drawing, recording observations about plants and bugs, and prefers being outside in nature. He is also insanely cute. We love him.

3.) Segun in traditional Shilluk clothing, cos I’m working hard this blacktober to love and appreciate different African cultures.

4.) Sahel Mal, an elven character and one of the characters in “Flowers for Ayana”. He supports Segun politically and is loyal to the royal family as long as they remain loyal to their agreement with preserving coastal elven livelihood, culture and land. He is very amiable, friendly, polite and calm. He is on good terms with virtually everyone but he is also considerably distant. Oh and also he and the original Assorra did NOT get along. She is the only person he is not friendly towards. Well... her and—

5.) Siradiou. An... admittedly drop dead gorgeous vampire. He’s very enigmatic but he’s relatively friendly. He ethically sources his blood and is the typical aged guy who kinda is very... he’s normally just chilling, yk? He likes wine, observing human culture evolve (or regress) and occasionally involves himself in human politics and society. While he will not go out of his way to hurt anyone, if you piss him off enough he won’t have any qualms with it yk. He chill tho. For the most part. Him and Sahel barely get along 😂😂
