Who is Aoi? What does she do? Aoi is essentallyyyyy, the mascot of a restaurant franchise! Her job is to show up and be cute and talk to the restaurant’s patrons, sometimes showing up at cons since she’s tied to anime-esque things and ended up being marketed as an “idol” figure.
As such!! “Aoi” does not exist! She is a character that is played by someone. And in fact, the “Aoi” gig wasn’t meant to be a long term thing at all. Just a temporary job. But boy oh boy did things blow up!
