In the tie she gave him
Added 2023-12-09 12:43:19 +0000 UTCOk so, yesterday, in my head. In my head, June gave him this really nice blue tie. The context! On the first day they met they talked about their occupations and all, and she found out Nanami was going to start a new job after the vacation. He said something about him going to be a “consultant” (lol) and June is just… idk, she likes to gift people things. She loves seeing people happy, and shows that she cares about people by giving gifts. Anyway, so after like 5 days of knowing this dude, she decided to get him a good quality tie to wish him a nice and successful career. The thing is, she didn’t know how to explain to Nanami any of these things. I mean, from what she believes is his perspective, this lady he happened upon is giving him this thing unprompted. She basically said something like, “new tie for a new job!”
Well Nanami took that quite literally. I think he thought the gift was really nice. She doesn’t know what his new job will be but he felt quite nice about it. Ended up changing his whole planned outfit for the first day of work as you can see (he went with a white shirt so the blue tie stands out as opposed to his usual blue dress shirt).
Yeah but he didn’t wear it again to work cos I don’t think he wanted to get blood on it 😂 now I’m p sure he only wears it on days he can guarantee that there won’t be the risk of getting it dirty
