Here is Binti! Asta’s only friend that they made some few hundred years ago. Binti is a human under the god of Knowledge, and the last of her line. She travels around to different countries and records the intricacies of their cultures and histories. The reason She and Asta even became friends was because she needed to know about the life within cities that weren’t super big in the Akkadian empire so she interviewed them. Some time in the 17-1800s.
She’s WONDERFUL! Absolutely loves talking to people and getting to know more about them. She’s very funny and extroverted, and tends to instantly make friends. Not so for Asta, that one took a while but for everyone else, she’s insta-friends.
Binti is…. Extremely knowledgeable. If you discuss with her on any topic she’ll know something or the other about it. If we’re talking history or sociology!! Then she cannot be matched! If she was not freaking immortal she would definitely love to be a university lecturer since she believes in the sharing of knowledge.
I adore her aesthetic, love the way she teases Asta all the time and the way Asta ALWAYS reacts, and now how she gets along with Erasyl! I know after the first meeting Erasyl was very very enthralled. He’d never met someone who knew so much about so many things. He wants to hire her as a cultural and historical consultant in his future scripts. Binti for the win!
