I still had plenty of supervills left over once that volume wrapped up, which came in handy for later projects such as this one.

Did like those minion suits. Actually looked functional, not just an excuse to put the villain's logo on the help. "Uh... no?" Hah. Makes me think there _has_ to be an in-universe 'fan site' for Emp's buns. I bet she was very :/ on discovering that one.
