Spent half a g-d hour writing up an extensive commentary for this post, then lost it when I tried to schedule the g-d thing and my g-d DSL glitched out. (Serves me right for not copying the text before posting, of course.)
Will I have the patience to revisit said commentary before this post goes up on Friday? (I'm typing this on Wednesday morning, BTW.) Let's find out together!
UPDATE 1: Ehh, screw it. I strongly suspect that I've already posted at least a few of the pieces above, but don't have the energy for a lengthy commentary breakdown as I type this on Thursday morning.
UPDATE 2: Trying again on Friday morning. A few words:

Above, a sketch accompanying the eBaying of a sadly broken toy from my youth.
Next up, a commission of OC with a field-hockey stick, drawn without reference b/c I was up in Toronto with no cellphone service:

As most of my nieces played and/or coached field hockey, good thing none of 'em will ever see this image and give me crap about the wonky stick! Whew!

An OC commission from, I think, Motor City Comic-Con. Pretty good, in large part because it's partially a life drawing from photoreference. (Er, the torso, not the costume.)

The piece above was based on a 2013 (B&W) commission of an artist's OC, painted over quite nicely by said artist. (Strongly suspect I already posted this, but what the heck.)
Next up is a sketch I did for a friend's pitch for, IIRC, a multimedia project:

No idea as to the present status of said pitch, so let's just refer to it as "UNNAMED PROJECT," okay?
Finally, a set of 2016 shadow-focused studies from photoreference that were the precursor to my extensive life-drawing kick that began in earnest in December 2017:

No idea what this set was doing in a CON SKETCH folder, but what the heck.
Still have three or four pieces left in the OLD CON SKETCHES folder, but I need to check into old Patreon posts to figure out if I used 'em already. After this, I'll be moving on to posting scanned sketches hiding in my various Dirty Pair and Empowered folders.
UPDATE 3: As I did last month, I'm taking off the third week of April from Patreon art posting in order to A) restock my ever-dwindling buffer of posts; B) attempt to make some g-d progress on Empowered vol.12; and C) maybe get in an art-req sketch set or two.
Howeva, I'm very likely going to post a lil' something on the interactive, poll-based front over the week off; stay tuned, needless to say.
MONDAY AFTER NEXT ON THIS HERE PATREON: More life drawings, as usual!
