DISTRESSED DAMSELS: VINTAGE CON SKETCHES edition!

Time for a hasty Distressed Damsels post today as I grind away at that Marvel Wolverine/Man-Thing story due by the end of the month! Scanned a bunch of 90s-era Vintage Con Sketches with a DiD theme this morning:

Ehh... I have a sneaking suspicion that I might've previously scanned this 1998 commission of Devil Kei and Angel Yu--err, Devil Rose and Angel Lily from the Dirty Pair: SimHell "Sleet's Virtual Harem" sequence. My apologies in advance if so!

Next is one of several DiD commissions I did back in the day that were based on the early-90s(?) anime Ruin Explorers Fahm & Ihrlie:

The idea with this one was that the fantasy-milieu heroines had run afoul of an AD&D 1e-era Rope of Entanglement. Hope that accidental near-exposure of of the semi-elvish(?) lass doesn't set off Patreon Trust & Safety! (The other, notably sketchier Fahm & Ihrlie commissions I drew after this one probably would get me flagged again, so I'll not bother posting 'em here.)

And from the earlier 90s, here's a commission of Linna from Bubblegum Crisis:

Pretty uninspired, TBH, to the point that I apparently ran outta steam while lettering "KNIGHT" (as in KNIGHT SABERS") on her undersuit's shoulder. (Once again, poor, oft-neglected Linna gets the short end of the stick.) Pretty sure this pose must have been based on a specific photo or illustration, judging by the anomalously complex ropework.

Anyhoo, that's all I can hastily sleaze up for you today, folks. And now, back to hour 4 of inking (analog-media inking, alas) another Marvel page!
