And so the early bear is yours! Or the early Witcher. Or just...Henry Cavill in a bath, whatever really.

Happy Easter!

I just noticed that Henry grabs his opponents sword (16:50) in much the same manner - bare handed at just about the halfway point. Interesting move.

Oh definitely 🙂 The last few years I have been intending to take a class, but full time employment and small child and YouTube and chronic fatigue has meant that a regular evening out to take a class would have been...unwise. I hope that now I have more free hours in the week that an evening out won’t kill me off 😁 Well. Once we’re all allowed outside again.

She also stated that she can't dance, but we know the truth. We've seen her Muppet Treasure Island video. Pure Glee

I'm guessing that move would be a little 'dicey' with a lightsaber.

You mentioned that you don't have any martial arts experience. In truth, if you want to take your stage combat skills to a much higher level, a few years of martial arts classes would really do you some good. 1) most modern martial arts studios are have much more in common with stage combat than actual fighting (as opposed to something like mma). 2. Martial arts classes are extremely good at improving your coordination (that is, your ability to make you body do what you want it to do) which is important for stage combat. and finally 3. If you are taking martial arts classes, you are training a few times a week, constantly, as opposed to a week long class that is offered a couple times a year.

It’s called half-handing, if I remember right, and it takes advantage of the fact that only the top half (as in, the half nearest the tip) is sharp, and the bit near the hilt isn’t sharp at all. (Of course the whole sword is blunt in practice, but theoretically)

He threw away his sword! Those are very expensive!

Nice! Yes, Applebee's is a Restaurant chain indeed. I like that hilt move you did to your opponent at the end. I'm guessing your sword would not have to be ultra-sharp to pull that off.... oh I just did a pun
