Some parts turned out great, others looked different in my mind, but Iβm happy with the overall look.
I found the rocks to be more difficult to paint when compared to those I made from styrofoam on my previous projects. Especially the lines between them play an important role and determine how can you play around with the grouting.
Iβll be adding more moss to those areas once the mill is glued to the base. Also, the lamp and the birdhouse come from RT Dioramaβs farm accessory set. I added them after taking all the pictures, so they appear just in the first photo. Iβm thinking about adding gutters, but itβll be wiser to add those once the house is sitting in the diorama because the tall grass will determine where the downspouts should go.
For now, Iβm going to paint the wooden patio so I can hopefully start working on the figures!
