Time to catch up.

I'm behind on getting on the commissions for you lovely people, and there's only one reason for that.

Overwatch.

No other excuse than I'm a weak willed idiot who is a sucker for a progression system. But there is a good incentive for me to stop playing and start working.

Overwatch is making this CPU boil.

I've known this old CPU has had internal thermal problems for awhile, but this is something else. With no overclock and a big heatsink, Overwatch is getting core temps of up to 98C. This not only make the game run like arse but will be causing damage to the aging processor.

So I've pulled the trigger on my brand new super PC (which I will dub "The Red Menace"). I was going to see what AMD had to offer but it's clear that this rig's days are numbered. I'm waiting on the GTX 1080, so until that comes I have time to catch up. Even if I need this rig to last another week or two, I still want it around as a backup. So turning the CPU to slag while spamming nades as Junkrat isn't a good idea.
