Higher levels of outfit inconsistency occur further into the set due to the shared swimsuit outfit logic between bikini bottoms and a sling top (since the AI can't see what's happening behind her back, it can't "tie" the sling well enough so it just ties it up front, which effectively makes it a slingshot swimsuit).
For example if we just had shorts instead of a bikini bottom the problem wouldn't exist since there's no semantic relation between those 2 clothing articles.
