June 2025 Monthly Report, V4.5a pose update and features, and the future forward!

Time to ramble 🗣️🗣️🗣️

First off to pop the champagne on V4.5's success! 🍾🍾🍾🎉🎉🎉✨✨✨

The model has been wonderfully received, as well as been beyond enjoyable to work with and optimize. I'm looking forward to working more on it and expanding its capabilities to meet everyones expectations.

Just in the month of June I've handled 36 requests. It's been a learning experience and now I'm in a pretty confident spot with it. A big help with that was the massive rework I made on multiple backend systems that makes adding new poses and modifying existing ones much, much easier compared to V3.

Which leads us to the next step!

V4.5a update.

Since I didn't want to call it V4.6 since in my head that would imply a visual change to the artist balance, I decided to go with -

V4.5a. What's in V4.5a, you ask?

About roughly 40 different massive reworks and optimizations to existing poses, as well as the introduction of many completely new poses. As well as the return of 2+ male content! There's a few extra poses in development too and will be live shortly after the weekend.

There's too many to list, so alongside this post the first V4.5a set will go live and demonstrate all the new capabilities.

Speech bubbles and expanding dialogue.

There's multiple ways to handle dialogue. But first on the agenda is definitely expanding the dialogue itself. I'll prepare a plethora of different responses and comments the characters will make throughout the set, as to avoid it becoming too repetitive.

What about potentially full fledged dialogue?

This one is a bit harder, but not impossible. The arrangement of more than 2 speech bubbles can become complicated as there's not always the screenspace to allow for it. But on the other hand, I'll soon begin implement transition poses in between the main pose groups which are perfect moments for such dialogue. No ETA for full dialogue, but expanded responses will be included by the end of next week.

What would a transition pose look like?
Well quite simply a pose or two to fill the gap between events happening on screen. A girl is fully clothed before sex and then suddenly all her clothes disappear and she's nude? Why not just have a pose of her taking her clothes off? It's simple, but can also help the narrative experience of each set! Ideally this will be finalized by the end of June.

What about more direct dialogue? Such as the character saying a specific name or such?This is already implemented! It will be more visible with the Poll Winner sets tomorrow!

What about floating text instead of speech bubbles?
This can be a bit harder as the speech bubble provides a contrasting background surface that makes the text easy to read and easy to write for the AI. I'll look further into this, since I agree speech bubbles are a bit of a thing of the past and floating text can be a lot easier on the eyes and stand out a bit less.

Can we request specific dialogue when requesting a character?
It's not impossible, but I want to maintain creative control over the dialogue as some dialogue can breach Patreon ToS if it's too harsh. Ideas are still welcome though!

First satisfaction survey

Just like the gacha surveys per patch, I'm really interested in hearing what people have to say!
The survey will last until June 13th (Sunday) 2025.

The survey covers a bunch of points about my sets that I'm capable of modifying in tiny ways and I'm interested in what to put more time and effort into.

This is handled in the survey as well, but I'll drop it here as well.

Sets have nearly doubled in size since V3. The reality is I simply cannot include every single sex pose out there without making the sets ridiculously large. To avoid having 900 image sets here are some solutions. Pick whichever you find to be the best implementation, or give me feedback at the end of the survey about any ideas you might have.

The options here are as follow -

1st solution - Less images per pose, but more poses. This still means sets will increase eventually, but at a much more controlled rate. For example, a pose with a {from side} perspective will have 2 images instead of 5 for example. No 2 images are the same, as some may have more makeup, or some might have a cheek bulge and the other doesn't, etc. This option reduces the variety within a pose, but gives room for more completely different poses to appear as well.

2nd solution - Different categories. Basically sets will be made with a theme of content in mind. Some will be less NTR heavy, some more NTR heavy meaning sets will have different poses within them. This way sets can still feel massive, but will be more specialized into a specific theme.

3rd solution - Not sure. We'll figure it out eventually. As of right now sets are still reasonably sized, 500 images is a lot, but there's still some room until I hit rate limits. Only once sets start hitting 600+ images consistently I'll think about enforcing these changes here, so there's still time before that. 

I understand people love having more variety, but physical rendering time and rate limits will eventually prevent me from expanding more. While I think 900 image sets will be impossible (due to the aforementioned limitations), a 600 image is still very much exhausting to make and I have to strike a balance somewhere.

I'm so happy V4.5 has been so well-received. I'm going to stick to a similar pattern of these massive overhauls happening sort of towards the end of the month, but even like last time there will still be gradual additions and improvements across the weeks. With how big this project is getting, the survey can really help in what direction I can focus my attention to.

I wonder if people still remember this? Hehe.

Can you imagine? A humble start with 86 poses, an old model and barely any optimizations. In just 5 months with the help of many fellow gooners we built this up into an industry heavy-hitter!

Weekly polls being back is great too, I'm really happy that everything is back to a good pace of content. I'm still thinking how to do better social media marketing and I'm constantly thinking about doing more promo images (like in the first few months)
