Shout at the Devil chapter 1

The ages have been altered because it fits better with the backstory and because I have some interesting ideas for how a university version of Hogwarts might work. Also as of the moment this is not a full crossover, just Harry Potter with evil pieces, though that may change if the story leans that way.
Warning for those of you unfamiliar with DxD, this WILL be a harem story. Not a sixteen person harem, there will be both men and women in the peerage, but harem nonetheless, so anyone not into that might want to give this one a pass. That said, please enjoy, it'll take a few chapters to make it to Hogwarts or even London because there's worldbuilding to be done.
