A standard service ship for basic functions with a minimal crew. The Caravan ship maps are made to help add some versatility for generating ships in your campaign. Smugglers, traders, planet hoppers, refugees, salvage crews - the unspecialized nature of the Caravan design should allow you to quickly modify parts to create the ship you need for your session.

Thank you. I'm really happy you're playing with it and getting what you need from it. I will be releasing the "infestation" assets as soon as I can (at least some this month), and I'm working on a lot more techy looking bits to be released with the next map.
