Almost; he (and just about every other male minotaur) only ever seem to be in a loincloth or kilt, depending on the description, with a battle-harness to carry his axe (which tended to get removed).

But he gets drugged and captured by goblins, captured by other minotaurs, wizards, tied to trees, chained to walls, grappled by animated stone hands, magically paralyzed, magical-telekinetically stretched.
