Can the city contain a candy-consuming cutie of such colossal proportions?

Since she's not even 30 yet, it's pretty safe to say that by the time she gets to any of the expansion content she's going to be *massive*. Regarding your second question - I have no idea she's going to be after she cleans out all the candy in Stormwind. There's still a lot left o_o
